BEV Just rolled out new 0907 keys and new ECM,

Dish Only rolled out new ECM but no new 0106 keys,

BEV should be down now

BEV rolled out two mecms

some channels are using mecm60 and some are using mecm40

older bins will work on mecm40 channels and new bins work on mecm60 channels

Dish is still using mecm60 on all channels

Both Dish and BEV keep frozen

Bell and Dish have pulled the MAP Calls use an older flash and you will be fine with frozen every 5 - 10 mintues.

Most possiblly in a day or 2, they will DOWN! :-(
